Who manages your data

Browsing the website
When you visit, the hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser information and request outcome. This is needed to deliver pages and media, investigate errors and protect the website against abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Without the technical data required for the connection, the website cannot be delivered.
Cookies and language preference
The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, social widgets or profiling. In the interactive painting, the language you select is saved in your browser’s local storage under painting-language. This is a functional preference, not an advertising identifier; the application does not send it to a server. It remains until you change it or clear the website’s data in your browser. You can remove it without losing access to the website. This technical storage does not require a consent banner.
Messages and external links
There are no accounts, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions or payments on this website. If you choose to send an email or social message, your contact details and message are used to read and answer your request, based on the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence; for requests concerning a possible collaboration, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Contacting me is optional. Messages are kept while needed to handle the request and its follow-up; further retention is limited to applicable legal obligations or the defence of legal claims.
Social buttons are simple links: the website does not load social players or tracking scripts. When you follow a link or send a message, the chosen provider also processes data under its own privacy notice. Email is received through Gmail (Google); social messages are handled through the relevant platform.
Hosting, recipients and international transfers
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and its infrastructure providers. Technical data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Vercel’s data processing terms describe its processors and the safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Technical log retention depends on the service, plan and security purposes; the website application does not maintain a separate visitor database. Consult the linked Vercel documents for the provider’s retention information and transfer safeguards, or contact the controller for clarification.

Your rights
Under the GDPR, where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to the controller at the email address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work. The website does not make automated decisions about you or use your data for profiling.
